Support

Email support@noventraconsulting.com. Because the app keeps nothing on a server, we cannot look up your figures; describe what you entered and what you expected, or send a screenshot with anything personal covered.

A number looks wrong

Tell us which screen and which line. Every figure is built from a named document; if the document says otherwise we will fix it, and if the document is silent we will mark the figure in the app and say what it assumed.

My figures disappeared

They live only in your phone's storage for the app. Clearing website or app data, or deleting the app, removes them. There is nothing on our side to restore.

Where to find your numbers

The fastest route is the Employment History letter from ESS (Employee Self Service → Pay and Tax → Employment History): it carries your appointment date, your title history and each year's pay in one document. Open it in the app from File → Start from your records and the app reads the dates and the years off it, on the phone. Rank and step: the recurring regular gross on your pay statement matches the biweekly figure on the salary sheet; the app reads a pay statement too. Banks: the Leave Balances box at the bottom of every pay statement. Hours worked so far this year: the overtime record from your timekeeper, which the app also reads.

Earnings by year, best source first: (1) the Employment History letter, or a pay inquiry from your timekeeper or payroll, which shows pay by the date it was earned; (2) the year-to-date gross on your last pay statement of the year; (3) the Year-to-Date Earnings on your year-end pension statement, where the Fund prints one — Tier 3 statements have not carried it for past years, and the Fund has said it will show it for all Tier 3 members going forward. A W-2 is a check only: Medicare and Social Security wages are not the figure the Fund uses, so do not enter those. If a year includes a retroactive contract payment, pick the contract in the app and it places the payment in the months it covered.

If you have a statement from the Fund, annual or on demand, enter it on File under "Your pension statement, checked": service to date, the vested and service-retirement dates, and for Tier 3 the three-year average and the vested benefit. The app starts from the Fund's figures and marks, line by line, where its own reading matches and where it differs.

The full report, codes and restoring a purchase

The purchase is made through the App Store or Google Play. If a card shows a lock and you have already bought the report, open File → Full report and tap Restore purchase on a phone signed in to the same store account. A code is redeemed from the same card. Refunds go through the store that sold the purchase; write to us if you cannot find the way. We never see your card or your store account.
